Each teacher treats each day as a new learning day and she or he treats herself as a continuous learner. School provides teachers with a real time guidance and support system towards enhancing their ability to teach better and better

We (teachers) engage students actively in recognizing their ignorance about a context or piece of knowledge and develop eagerness in them to know more about it. We make them explore through activities involving the piece of knowledge concerned about the context student is engaged in. Student will explore situations around in his or her daily routine where that learning experience makes its natural presence, may be home while playing with the members of the family or in the playground while playing with the friends. School makes an effort to engage the student in exploring the environment around him or her as an active learning process and the natural learning laboratory

Student explores and evaluates his understanding of the knowledge by repeated application of the knowledge in a context thereby enabling the learner to develop the related skills.

School creates opportunities for further exploration to students in the form of projects , co-curricular activities, field trips to make students extend the learning beyond by engaging themselves in these activities.
